MicroWash II Dip Tank Solution (1 Gallon)

CCI MicroWash II is a water-soluble ink degradant and emulsion remover designed to combine two important screen-reclaiming steps into one product. It is formulated for UV and plastisol inks and removes photopolymer, diazo, and capillary-film emulsions while being safe for screen-printing mesh when used as directed. MicroWash II can be used manually or in a soak-tank application, making it especially useful for shops looking to streamline their reclaiming process. For manual use, it can be diluted with water, applied to both sides of the screen and scrubbed before pressure rinsing; it can also be diluted for soak-tank use.
